How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A single landing page usually takes days, a custom Shopify feature often one to two weeks, and a full redesign or custom website longer. You get an honest, fixed timeline with your quote before any work starts.
How do you price your work?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free discovery call, so you know the full price upfront with no surprises. Ongoing work like CRO, SEO or ads runs on a fixed monthly fee. Post-click audits start from £499.
Will my live site be affected while you work?
No. We build on a private staging site or a duplicate draft theme, so your live site keeps selling. You preview everything and we only publish when you approve it.
How many revisions do I get?
Revision rounds are agreed upfront in your quote. Because you sign off the wireframe before visual design starts, most feedback is small refinements rather than starting again.
Who will I actually work with?
Every project is led by our founder, Ifti Nur, a Shopify Partner with 6+ years in e-commerce. Strategy, design, development and testing happen in one team, so nothing gets lost in hand-offs.
What access do you need from us?
Usually read-only access to your analytics (like GA4) and access to your store or website admin. We'll tell you exactly what we need after the discovery call, and we can still start from the live site if access takes time.
How do we stay in touch during the project?
Video calls at times that suit you, plus WhatsApp, email or your own Slack and Figma. We reply within one working day.
Do I own the work at the end?
Yes. Once the project is paid, the code, design files and content are yours. No lock-in, and campaigns run in your own accounts.
What happens after launch?
You get a walkthrough so your team can update text, images and products without touching code. If you want to keep growing, we can carry on with monthly testing, new pages and support.
